Hello friends! It sure has been a busy month for my little family, between fighting off colds, school activities, and traveling last week. But it feels so good to be back home and back to our routine! We ran a few errands today, I persuaded Jeff to help me pick up some new furniture for the girls’ room, and then we stopped for a late lunch.
One of our favorite places to grab a bite to eat is Jersey Mike’s, I love their Original Italian sub! While we were there today I saw that Jersey Mike’s is hosting their annual Month Of Giving. During the month of March, over 1,500 of their locations across the country are joining forces with more than 180 local charities. Customers are able to come in and donate all month long and then on on March 27th, 100% of the day’s sales are donated to their local partner charity. This is Jersey Mike’s ninth year fundraising and last year they raised over $6 million! It is such a great way to both enjoy a delicious sub lunch and help out those in need within your community.
My local Jersey Mike’s in Carlsbad, CA is partnering with Rady Children’s Hospital this year. Rady Children’s Hospital is a non-profit facility and the largest children’s hospital in California. They are also the only hospital in the San Diego area dedicated exclusively to pediatric healthcare and the region’s only designated pediatric trauma center. As a mother of two young girls, this local charity partner and it’s mission are extremely important to me. It feels so good knowing that my lunch and donation are directly benefiting kids and families in need, and will be doing even more so on March 27th!
Visit your local Jersey Mike’s this month and make a donation to its designated charity partner! On March 27th, all store proceeds to go charity!

Haha so funny! Thought this was only a Jersey place! When just found it last month down the street and love it.
I worked at a Jersey Mike’s for one summer. Their subs are really good.
