I can’t believe Easter is right around the corner! I have been trying to do a few extra special things with the girls before this baby arrives. We planned a fun, themed brunch the other morning and they loved it! I still can’t stop thinking about these adorable fruit skewers, fruit has been one of my biggest cravings. I can’t get enough! This whole spread was super quick and easy to put together and we will probably do something similar on Easter morning.
These fruit skewers were so easy to put together! I got fruit in all the colors and stuck them on in order of the rainbow. My oldest daughter is allergic to pineapple which is why I opted for the yellow peeps, but you could use pineapple or banana in place of them. I’ve seen these fruit skewers done with pink peeps on top too, which is so cute! It was a fun way to get the girls to eat something healthy with their Easter treats.
We also made these Easter bunny shaped cinnamon rolls! Again, they were so quick and easy. I just used a regular tube of cinnamon rolls from the grocery store. Set one of the rolls aside, unravel it, and use that dough to make the ears for all the other rolls. I stuck the ears on before I baked them and they stayed on just fine. Cinnamon rolls are a holiday morning tradition in our house and these ones were so on theme!
I loved how everything turned out! This would be the perfect Easter brunch after your little ones are done hunting for their eggs. Do you have any Easter morning brunch traditions? Leave them below so I can make them too!
