Hi girls! It’s Monday morning and I am actually really excited to get back into our weekly routine. We visited with Jeff’s mom all last week and then finished some house projects and relaxed this weekend. During that time I didn’t do much work, the girls skipped out on virtual dance classes, and we may have missed a day or two of homeschooling, oops! Anyways, I woke up this morning ready to hit the ground running. I did a quick at home workout via The Sculpt Society and it reminded me that I never shared a package of Kopari’s new deodorant scents that got delivered while I was away!
You guys already know I am a HUGE fan of Kopari! Kopari’s coconut deodorant has been a staple in my morning routine for almost two years. I was SO excited to find out they now offer five new beach inspired scents! I can’t decide which one I like more, the tropical scent (which smells like a pina colada) or the beach scent (which smells really fresh). My husband has been using Kopari deodorant for a few months and he enjoys the driftwood scent as it is made with charcoal and a little more masculine. They also offer a fragrance free scent, which is great for people who may be more sensitive or breakout from products that contain heavy scents!
Lastly, I thought I would give you a quick update on The Sculpt Society (TSS) app since I have been getting tons of questions on Instagram since I mentioned I was doing it. So far, I love it! My first impressions of the app is that the videos are set up so well. Everything is organized by weeks AND by categories. This is great if you are feeling a certain workout or stretch that day instead of just going in order. Her videos are more low impact then some other apps I have done, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t just as efficient. For example, I did a “gentle” legs and butt workout which was completely on the floor (aka no jumping squats) and I was sooo sore for days! Videos range from 5 minutes to 50 minutes, but I really love the 15 minute videos that target a specific body part like arms or abs. I am planning to do a more in depth review after a few months.
