Serious question, how often do you workout? I definitely wish my answer was higher then it really is. As a busy mom of two, it is so hard finding a sitter just so I can go to the gym or waiting until my husband gets home from work and then miss time hanging out as a family. So, finding a way to work out at home is my best option! I recently started collecting items to create my own home gym and it’s so much more convenient. I can easily squeeze in a strength workout without wasting any unnecessary time during the busy work week. There are so many amazing exercises you can do with a few simple staples that don’t take up a ton of space and are affordable. Here are my favorite at home workout essentials.
My Favorite At Home Workout Essentials
The Lululemon Align Pant is my all time favorite and I reach for these 75% of the time. They are buttery soft, comfortable, and high waisted. I’ve worn these on 12+ hour flights. I can’t say enough good things about them, hands down my favorite leggings!

These 5 pound dumbbells are so good to have at home, or grab this set of three!
I am a huge fan of using the Bosu ball for abs!
I love resistance bands for both legs and arms. Plus, they are great to travel with if you want to workout when away from home or in your hotel room.
A hydro flask to keep your water cold so you drink more throughout the day.
I use a kettlebell when I am doing squats.
Of course you need some good music to listen too! AirPods are great when your kiddo is napping, which is usually when I can workout!
