Happy Halloween!!!
It’s one of my favorite days of the year! I am so excited for our costumes this year!
A little back story… My sister is getting married in two days and with so much going on, I wasn’t planning on dressing up and just buying costumes for the girls. Then I found out our friends who we trick or treat with every year are dressing up as a family, which made me want to also! We came up with the idea for Hocus Pocus because it is the girls’ favorite Halloween movie and it was perfect for our family of 3 girls and 1 guy. I spent forever looking for costumes online and in every local Halloween store, but couldn’t find anything in the girls’ size. So I went from not even dressing up to completely DIYing four costumes. And that’s how we ended up here. Can you tell I’m totally flustered just writing this?! Ha! Totally stressed out, but totally worth it!
The base of our costumes are store-bought, but I pieced things together and sewed on additional fabric where needed. I love how they came out! If you want to recreate this look, I will link some of the pieces we purchased off Amazon below.
