My Pregnancy Face & Body Skincare Routine

My Pregnancy Face & Body Skincare Routine. My safe skincare routine and products including moisturizers, masks, and oils. Prevent stretch marks and remedies. Affordable items that are natural and from the drugstore if you are on a budget.

You guys… pregnancy brain is SO real. I feel like I am forgetting everything lately! The biggest one being the name of words I use daily. Literally had a ten minute game of charades with my husband in the kitchen yesterday trying to describe that long, green, round vegetable thing. Oh, you mean a cucumber. Yeah, that! Jeez, it’s so bad lately. Anyways.. One thing I do NOT forget to do my morning and evening skincare routine, which now includes a skincare routine for my growing bump! I’ve been so lucky my first two pregnancies to not get stretch marks, so I am hoping this time is the same. I know they are mostly controlled by genetics but I am a strong believer that you can at least do a little something to help your skin out! Here are some of the products I have been using on both my face and body this pregnancy.

Face

Supergoop Glow Sunscreen – I wear this on both my no makeup days and under makeup for protection and a slight glow!

Summer Fridays Vitamin C: Love this vitamin C so much. If you’re not using a C serum definitely hop on that train because it’s helped even my skin out so much. It doesn’t make me break out at all and has made my skin far more even and glowy. Helps fight dark spots and hyperpigmentation. I have a post on making your own vitamin C serum too.

Isle of Paradise Self Tanning Drops – When I need a little glow! I use shade medium.

Summer Fridays Cloud Dew Gel Cream: Oil free and super hydrating. This is one of my fave moisturizers of all time. I use morning and night.

Kopari Exfoliating Coconut Lip Scrub – My lips have been extra chapped and this is great for making them feel smooth again!

Body

Summer Fridays Belly Balm – I love this balm and it is super hydrating!

Bio-Oil Skincare Oil – A great affordable oil for your belly. I put way too much of this on in the evenings then sometimes even cover it in the balm or a lotion. I use the leftover oil on my hands and put it on my face.

Palmer’s Cocoa Butter – I’ve used this with all three of my pregnancies and apply it all over my body.

Kopari Coconut Melt – Made from 100% organic coconut oil, this stuff gives you some serious hydration! Use code Konicke20 for 20% off their entire site.

Remember to stay away from retinoids and retinol (one of my favs when I’m not pregnant), salicylic acid (can go up to 2%), and benzoyl peroxide.

What are some of your favorite pregnancy-safe beauty items?
